Generative UI for Reweb (like v0)

Add a v0-like AI which is adopted for Reweb to increase speed of dev. v0 even with prompt does not always works well.

UX:
1. Create smth in v0 or from template. (Hide the code from non Pro if u wish)
2. Make edits in Reweb
3. Send again in v0 if needed
4. Repeat
